BuddyPress Security Check

BuddyPress Security Check adds a simple math sum to the BuddyPress registration form which the user must answer correctly before registering. This is an effort to reduce the amount of spam user registrations on BuddyPress, and so far it’s been working pretty well.

You can learn more and download BuddyPress Security Check at WordPress.org. Contributions are always welcome on GitHub, and also check out the introductory blog post.

  1. The link at Wordpress.org for BP Security… (where it says, “You can learn more at the plugin’s website…”) is broken. The word SECURITY is spelled wrong in the link. It says (SERCURITY).
